Walter and Walter

Thought I would post up my “before” and “after” from my recent class in Character Design with Stephen Silver.  I really did learn tons that I am trying to implement into my daily pipeline.  We started the class by drawing a character to a guideline, and then finished the class by redrawing the character using the new techniques we had (hopefully!) learnt.  I had really liked my “Walter” on entering the class but coming back to him – oh my, did I see the difference!  Thought it might be fun to share lovely Walter.  It should hopefully be obvious that the new version is on the left…
